Application:
Threadlocker is used in engine construction, tractor construction, mechanical engineering, gear construction, pump construction, mining, in the engine, electrical, lighting and food industry, in gas water works, turbine and nuclear power plants and more.

Details:
The connected parts must be clean, free of oil and grease. Apply sufficient material and join them together. Material hardens under air sealing in combination with metal contact. Excess material can be easily removed. Hand strength after approx. 10 to 20 minutes, final strength after 1 to 3 hours. Temperature resistant up to +230°C. Filling capacity up to 0.25 mm. High strength, very difficult to dismantle.

1. Unscrew and remove the cap, put the mixer on.

Uni-Glue PU-speed 5min is a 2-component quick adhesive for fast bonding and repair of metal, wood and especially plastics.

Durable bonding of metal, wood and plastic. Uni-Glue PU-speed is used for the effective repair of broken plastic parts (thermoplastics and thermosets), bumpers, spoilers, headlights, mirror caps. Uni-Glue PU-speed does not drip, it is resistant to wear and ageing. After about 30 minutes, reworking such as grinding, drilling and sanding is possible.

Instructions for use: Clean the bonding surfaces thoroughly with a good degreaser. Excellent results are achieved by mechanically roughening the bonding surface. Unscrew the cap, insert and tighten the mixing nozzle and remove the first 2G if they are not yet mixed. The set time is reduced at high temperatures. Join and fix the workpieces. After use, you can leave the mixer in place and remove it the next time you use it. Store opened cartridges in a cool place and use them up as soon as possible.

Ratyl liquid gasket red is a high-quality 1-component sealant that fully cures into a silicone rubber.
This product remains flexible, has high adhesion, and is resistant to dynamic stresses such as shocks and vibrations. The liquid gasket replaces conventional gaskets and can be used universally.
The product is suitable for extremely high and low temperatures ranging from -50°C to 300°C.

Applications:
Ratyl liquid gasket is designed for use as a liquid gasket and is suitable, for example, for sealing engine components, valve covers, transmissions and oil pans, water pumps, and thermostat housings. For sealing installations where extremely high temperature resistance is required, up to a maximum of 260°C.

Fields of application:
Automotive sector, caravan construction, engine and electrical engineering industries, mechanical engineering, shipping, agricultural mechanization, chemical and petrochemical industries, gas and water engineering, food industry, etc.

Limitations:
Among others, not suitable for PE, PP, Teflon, and bituminous substrates. This product is not paintable.

Surface preparation / finishing:
Substrates must be clean, dry, and load-bearing. If necessary, apply a primer. The use of a caulking gun is recommended.

Hazard:
Pressurized container. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Keep away from ignition sources. No smoking. Do not spray towards a flame or glowing object. Keep out of reach of children.

General:
Ratyl Power Glue is a medium viscosity instant glue. This instant glue is particularly suitable for bonding rubber (EPDM), plastics, steel and metals. Bonds in 1-3 seconds.

Instructions for use:
The parts to be bonded must be clean, free of oil and grease. Apply Ratyl Power Glue thinly, on one side and bond and compress the parts to be bonded. Ratyl Power Glue hardens at room temperature and under contact pressure in combination with humidity. The optimum relative humidity should be approximately 65%. For materials such as PP, PE, PTFE or silicones, an activator must be used.
