Specifically designed for mounting and dismounting HBU 2.1 wheel hub bearing units (wheel bearings) with a diameter of 82mm. Dismounting and mounting can be performed directly on the vehicle without the otherwise necessary disassembly of the suspension. Generation 2-style wheel bearings are a wheel bearing and drive flange that cannot be separated. When this type of bearing needs to be replaced, it must be removed as a whole, and a new unit must be installed completely with a new drive flange. To ensure that the new bearings are not overloaded during installation, it is important to use the correct tools when mounting the bearing/drive flange. This set is specifically designed for mounting the GEN 2 bearing fitted to the vehicles listed below. Using clamps and push pins, the tool ensures that the insertion loads are borne only on the outer raceway of the bearing.
